Callum has more than 12 years’ experience in corporate law, advising both domestic and international clients on a wide variety of general corporate work. He regularly advises on share and asset acquisitions/disposals, corporate reorganisations and commercial contracts, including investment and refinancing transactions.

Callum has worked with a broad range of corporate clients, with a particular emphasis on SMEs and owner-managed businesses in the energy, technology and food & drink sectors.

He is featured again in the 2026 edition of Legal 500, where he is recognised as a Next Generation Partner, and was nominated for Rising Star of the Year at the Legal 500 Scotland Awards 2024. He continues to be individually ranked, with clients highlighting his expertise and dedication:
